Invited Clubs in Dallas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service across the club's dining operations, ensuring a seamless member experience aligned with Invited's standards and safety policies.

In this junior management role, you will supervise service staff, manage reservations, handle opening/closing procedures, and contribute to staff training and guest satisfaction initiatives while maintaining high service levels and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B or private club experience.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
• Completion of Invited's online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant service to maintain Invited’s high standards.
• Supervise service staff and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure accurate orders are executed and delivered promptly to members and guests.
• Lead staff meetings, line-ups, and training sessions to maintain service excellence.
• Open and closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts as scheduled.
