Job summary

Invited is seeking a Concierge to join our Member Experience team, delivering exceptional service to club members before, during, and after visits.

You will handle phone calls, reservations, emails, and inquiries, promote club events, support communications, and help create memorable moments through warm welcomes and fond farewells.

This role emphasizes personalized service, attention to detail, and collaboration with restaurant and events teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make members feel valued.
• Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests.
• Greet calls, provide prompt assistance and resolve inquiries.
• Manage reservations, dining and services; assist with events.
• Inform members about club services, events, and amenities.
• Support member communications and social media efforts.
• Promote club offerings and assist with outreach to new and at-risk members.
• Document interactions in the M360 system.
• Maintain lobby, front entrance, restrooms and supplies.
