Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for CloudHealth to drive new business in the DACH region, coordinating with the CloudHealth team to onboard customers and nurture partner relationships for sustainable pipeline growth.

The role requires building strategic partner networks, managing MSP/resale channels, and leading business reviews while traveling as needed to support meetings and events. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with MSP and resale partners.
• Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders across large accounts.
• Strong understanding of the market and distributor value.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own all CloudHealth new business activities across the DACH region, collaborating with country and SGS sales teams to drive growth.
• Develop and manage relationships in key positions within MSP and resale partners and their top branches, utilizing solution selling distribution models across multiple verticals.
• Leverage existing partner relationships to identify and unlock new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales strategies and programs specific to each partner.
• Attend and lead Quarterly & Annual Business Reviews, setting direction, directives, and mutually agreeable action items.
• Continuously update potential new partners on pricing, marketing, and sales initiatives.
• Forecast pipeline and new business activity across your territory.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
