Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training & Development Manager for Germany. This remote-friendly role partners with German leadership to build and deploy high-impact sales training across the field, driving consultative, value-based selling and multi-portfolio fluency.

You will design, deliver, and coach across virtual and live formats, aligning enablement with regional targets and clinical value propositions. 30% travel expected within Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education / Learning & Development, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of successful experience in sales training, commercial enablement, field sales management, or commercial excellence.
• 3–5+ years of experience in the Animal Health, Veterinary Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Human Health or Life Sciences sector strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of consultative, value-based, and solution-selling methodologies.
• Proven ability to navigate and succeed in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluent / Native-level German and professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional in-person and virtual presentation, classroom facilitation, and 1:1 field coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic training liaison between German commercial business and regional sales enablement team.
• Partner with German Sales Leadership to set high-impact training priorities.
• Maintain competitive edge by monitoring veterinary industry trends and collaborating with Product, Medical, and Lab Operations teams.
• Train reps on prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and closing.
• Coach in the field with regular co-travels and feedback to convert training into won accounts.
• Develop learning assets and role-plays to translate complex diagnostics into sales conversations.
• Measure ROI by tracking training effectiveness and KPI adoption.
