Eye Security is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract for the Germany market. You will engage end customers and partners, shape go-to-market strategy, and drive consistent deal progression with MEDDPICC-inspired methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience selling complex IT infrastructure or managed services with risk focus.
• Strong relationship and partner management skills.
• Familiar with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and ownership mindset.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.
• Willing to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing with end customers and partners.
• Build and nurture pipeline through strategic partner engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing; represent Eye at industry events.
• Develop GTM strategy for Germany and enable partners (broker, MSP).
• Drive risk- and value-based selling to demonstrate ROI and business impact.
