Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Video Specialist to drive demand for the Avigilon Alta platform across Central California. You will hunt end-user accounts in mid-market, enterprise, and public sector segments, partnering with channel partners and Sales Engineers to demonstrate differentiators and close new business.

You’ll engage with CISOs, facility managers, and executives, applying solution-selling methods to grow multi-year SaaS adoption. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting and selling SaaS or security platforms to enterprise buyers.
• Strong ability to navigate RFPs and lead POC evaluations.
• Proven track record in enterprise and public-sector hunting and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to prospect end-user accounts in mid-market, enterprise, and public sector.
• Partner with channel partners and Sales Engineers to demonstrate value and close deals.
• Forecast, track, and report pipeline using Salesforce to meet quarterly quotas.
