Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Video Specialist to drive demand and accelerate adoption of the Avigilon Alta platform in Central California. You will hunt new enterprise and public sector accounts, partnering with channel partners and Sales Engineers to deliver demonstrations and close deals.

This role emphasizes executive engagement, accurate Salesforce pipeline forecasting, and consistent achievement of sales quotas, with relocation not required and a travel-heavy schedule (>50%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS or physical security solutions.
• Willingness to travel >50% and closely collaborate with partners and customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory growth plans for Central California; hunt new enterprise and public sector accounts.
• Partner with channel partners and Sales Engineers to demonstrate differentiators, respond to RFPs, and run POCs.
• Present to CISOs and executives; manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce to meet or exceed quotas.
