Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Video and Voice technology and application to cloud platforms.
• Experience with UCC platforms across global deployments and partner ecosystems.
• 5+ years in multiple UCC platforms and in video/voice over IP technology.
• ITIL lifecycle and service delivery certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Catalog, resource and offer management for AVI‑SPL Cisco UCC solutions.
• Develop channel partnerships and enable the sales force with Cisco go‑to‑market assets.
• Support deal enablement and customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Guide market strategy and collaborate with Service Product Development on value propositions.
• Provide leadership to pre‑sales, sales and delivery teams in a cross‑functional environment.
