Job summary

RingCentral is seeking an AVP of Enterprise CCaaS Sales to lead a high-performing team and drive multi-year software transactions across large enterprise accounts. You will build executive-level relationships and execute MEDDPICC-based sales processes to expand pipeline and revenue growth.

The role focuses on transitioning customers to cloud CCaaS, CX, UCaaS, and AI/Omnichannel solutions, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration with SI, channel partners, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling CCaaS/CX/UCaaS or AI/Omnichannel contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategy for CCaaS portfolio with Enterprise Accounts.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Drive ARR growth and manage major multi-year software transactions.
