Job summary

AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers accelerate value through strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and modern cloud-native solutions. You will work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners to design end-to-end cloud adoption experiences.

You will lead initiatives, build roadmaps, and govern programs across IT and business units, delivering measurable outcomes for diverse customers while promoting AWS best practices and customer-centric

Qualifications

5+ years leading large-scale, technical programs with measurable benefits.
3+ years in enterprise IT or managing technical programs.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

Execute near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategies with the customer and AWS teams.
Demonstrate strong customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
Maintain deep knowledge of existing and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
Accelerate cloud adoption through education and enablement.
Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AWS service adoption and best practices.
