AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. You will guide customers to design and execute strategic migrations to AWS, building modern cloud-native solutions and governance across teams.

In this role you will work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support and partners, translating customer objectives into roadmaps and actionable programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large‑scale programs with measurable impact.
• 4+ years of customer‑facing work engaging with executives and technologists.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business and technical discussions and uncover dependencies.
• Lead end‑to‑end cloud adoption programs, including migrations and governance.
• Translate customer objectives into roadmaps and actionable plans.
