Job summary

AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to drive customer value through strategic migrations to the AWS cloud, cloud-native solutions, and end-to-end adoption. You will work with sales, architecture, professional services and partners to orchestrate programs that accelerate cloud journeys.

You will lead with a business outcome mindset, leverage technical acumen, and communicate clearly to executives and IT teams alike, delivering measurable customer success at scale.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation by collaborating with the customer and the AWS team
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long term relationships based on excellence
• Maintain a broad and in-depth knowledge of existing and developing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement
• Collaborate with customers in identifying high impact use cases for AWS service adoption and best practice implementations
• Manage time efficiently and align and engage required Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate the customer’s cloud journey
• Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to knowledge share success mechanisms, mentor junior CSMs, and impact industry trends
