Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within Global Education.

You will support ongoing training activities, focusing on user experience, customer workflows, and quality of training. The role requires initiative, instructional experience, a technical background, and adaptability to tailor customer education for end users to system admins in public safety.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years experience with Motorola Solutions customer software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on use of complex software products.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Create comprehensive training and technical documents and course material.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
