Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within the Global Education unit.

You will support ongoing training activities with focus on user experience, customer workflows, and quality of training for public safety customers. The role requires initiative, instructional experience, technical background, and adaptability to tailor the education experience for end users to system administrators.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 3+ years of public safety experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; remote work eligible across US states.
• Background clearance may be required for government customers under CJIS policies.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training via Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Create comprehensive training and technical documents and course materials.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision of the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
