Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and in-person training for Cloud software technologies in the public safety sector. You will tailor sessions to different learner levels, from end users to system administrators, combining live software environments with documentation and minimal slide content.

The role requires strong instructional experience, initiative, and adaptability, with travel and security clearances as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Background clearance as required by CJIS Security Policy.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Travel up to 50% across domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department-required reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders about training schedules.
• Create training documents and course materials for products and services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
