Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies in the public safety domain.

You will support ongoing training under the CommandCentral Training Team, focusing on user experience, customer workflows, and quality of training. The role requires experience in delivering instructor-led training to end users and system administrators, with capabilities in virtual/onsite delivery, documentation, and engaging

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hands-on virtual and classroom instruction.
• Ability to tailor customer education experiences for varying skill levels.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete required department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Create training materials and course content for existing products.
