Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies.

You will support ongoing user training, tailor experiences for various user levels, and ensure quality of the training experience within the Global Education team. The role requires effective facilitation in-person and online, documentation preparation, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimize customer workflows and training outcomes.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 3+ years of public safety experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides.
• Complete department required reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules.
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
