Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support Technical Account Managers (TAM) provide strategic technical guidance to customers, acting as the voice of the customer and coordinating with engineers to drive adoption of AWS services.

You will work with compute, storage, databases, and security teams to plan solutions, drive adoption, and ensure operational health across AWS environments, with travel of about 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems across compute/storage/networking/databases.
• Bachelor's degree
