Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution design or architecture for large-scale internet apps or enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience building or operating large cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native tech, big data, databases, networking, and middleware.
• Deep understanding of core product architectures and cross-product systems.
• Ability to tailor responses for different customer segments and executives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability of customer cloud platforms and governance of changes.
• Optimize resources and performance to improve cloud efficiency for customers.
• Assist with cloud migration projects including architecture design and data governance.
• Provide best-practice guidance and expert services for Alibaba Cloud products.
• Drive cloud operation improvements from a customer perspective and ensure high satisfaction.
