Google LLC is hiring a Technical Account Manager Associate for Google Cloud Consulting in the United States. The TAM will guide customers through Google Cloud transformation, coordinating cross-functional teams and engagements to drive adoption and success.

The role emphasizes strategic and technical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery of cloud consulting engagements with a focus on enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, build strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan customer events and launches with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure success and coordinate issue/escalations.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale adoption through partners and initiatives.
