Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting to drive successful adoption of Google Cloud products for large enterprises. You will guide technical aspects of the transformation journey and oversee delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements to promote customer adoption.

The role involves engaging with executives and cross-functional teams across dispersed locations, ensuring timely milestones, and developing strategic roadmaps to meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 8 years in a customer-facing role with stakeholders and managing customer technical implementations.
• Experience supporting cloud operations, releases, migrations, or cloud transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead executive reviews.
• Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional teams to ensure success and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop best practices based on engagements to scale through partners and accelerate adoption.
