Job summary

Google is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide customers through Google Cloud adoption across strategic and technical dimensions. You will manage Cloud Consulting engagements, collaborating with enterprises and dispersed teams to deliver transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading implementation journeys, aligning milestones with business goals, and driving customer satisfaction while communicating complex concepts to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
