Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help customers adopt Google Cloud products and guide their transformation journey. You will manage cloud consulting engagements, coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver outcomes that align with customers' business goals.

The role emphasizes enterprise-scale delivery, governance of adoption timelines, and collaboration with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan customer events and launches, coordinating with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure success and guide issues to resolution.
• Develop best practices from engagements to scale adoption through partners and internal initiatives.
