Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide enterprise customers through Google Cloud adoption and transformation journeys. You will lead cloud consulting engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful cloud initiatives across the organization.

You will regularly engage with executives to understand business and technical needs, develop roadmaps, and ensure delivery across multiple streams and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role with stakeholders and driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (launch/capacity planning, release management), cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive feature development across multiple work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, build strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Plan customer events and launches, collaborate with Support/Engineers/SREs to ensure success, guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Create best practices and assets from engagements to scale adoption through partners.
