Qualificações

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the customer's primary technical advocate and understand business objectives, architecture, and environment.
• Identify risks, guide toward resilient, cost-optimized, high-performing solutions.
• Coordinate resolution of complex technical issues and drive escalations to closure.
