Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in California to serve as the principal technical advisor for Enterprise Support customers. You will drive adoption of AWS services, work with engineers to resolve issues, and communicate with senior leadership on risk and trade-offs. Some travel will be required.

The TAM role focuses on proactive guidance, best practices, and operational health across AWS services, with no direct hands-on troubleshooting in the customer environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple technologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with AWS services preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing environment preferred.
