Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide enterprise customers through Google Cloud adoption, coordinating strategic and technical aspects of their transformation journey. You will manage cloud consulting engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services and engage with senior stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in customer-facing roles, fluent English and Mandarin, and strong communication skills to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a customer-facing role coordinating with stakeholders and driving technical implementations.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud support, escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and guiding timelines, milestones, migrations, and business transformation.
Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, create strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews.
