Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Google Cloud Consulting. You will guide enterprises through strategic and technical aspects of their Google Cloud transformation, managing Cloud Consulting engagements to drive customer adoption.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, Support, Engineers, and SRE teams to ensure success, and delivering high-impact cloud solutions with strong stakeholder engagement. English/Mandarin proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of customer-facing cloud experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud operations, launch planning, or product release management.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a management, technical, or engineering field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation journey to accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, and migration goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and conduct quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Collaborate across Support, Engineers, and SRE teams to ensure customer success.
• Create best practices and assets to scale adoption through partners.
