Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their migration to the AWS cloud and building cloud-native, modern solutions. You will utilize AWS best practices developed over thousands of engagements to work backwards from the customer’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across functions.
• PMP, SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certifications.
• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing to unlock opportunities.
• Translate customer objectives into strategic roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Identify use cases for priority AWS adoption and best practices implementations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, support, product, professional services, and partners.
