• Manage inquiries, pricing information, and product details for customers
• Process sales orders and trial accounts via Salesforce
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within SMB organizations
• Ensure accurate currency handling for foreign currencies and exchange rates
• Collaborate with other team members to improve sales efficiency
