Job summary

Amazon Web Services in New York, NY seeks a skilled Customer Solutions Manager to own cloud transformation programs across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions. You will guide customers with AWS best practices, interfacing with sales, solutions architecture, support, and partners to deliver outcomes.

You will evangelize AWS services, manage end-to-end project delivery, and help shape a growing Customer Solutions Management function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven benefits and successful completion.
• 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, vendor, or consulting environments.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and managing technical programs.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across sales, solutions architecture, and services.

Responsibilities

• Co-Innovation: integrate customer and AWS products or co-develop new solutions.
• Migration: move customer solutions to AWS, including data and service migrations.
• Modernization: optimize existing workloads on AWS (Graviton, Aurora, SageMaker).
• New Build: enable customers to develop new products on AWS from scratch.
• Optimization: improve efficiency, performance, and cost of workloads.
