Chainguard is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on startup and midmarket prospects, providing high-level technical guidance and crafting tailored solutions that meet business and technical needs.

You will leverage MEDDPICC, advise on Kubernetes, Docker, serverless and cloud security, and collaborate with sales to win complex deals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales role, preferably with startups.
• Proficient with MEDDPICC and related sales frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
• Advise on Kubernetes, serverless, and cloud security best practices for customers.
• Engage with security teams and technical decision-makers to drive deals.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
