Qualifications

• Experience supporting cybersecurity products or platforms in a customer-facing role.
• Experience presenting and demonstrating cybersecurity platforms to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience supporting incident response, threat hunting, or cyber defense operations.
• Familiarity with modern enterprise security architectures and cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and engineering activities for cybersecurity platforms.
• Demonstrate platforms to customers and executives, including architecture reviews and workshops.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to relay customer requirements.
• Travel up to 50% to support customer engagements and events.
