Amazon Web Services (AWS) is recruiting for a Customer Acquisition Representative (CAR) as an entry point into its North American sales organization. You'll learn to drive pipeline growth, engage unengaged accounts, and develop strategies leveraging AI tools to reach customers at scale.

With mentorship and structured development, you'll progress to full-cycle selling within 18–24 months, pairing curiosity with a strong customer-first mindset to accelerate cloud adoption across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Teams to understand industries, accounts and personas in your territories.
• Lead top-of-funnel activity: high-quality account research and source net-new contacts at scale.
• Drive net-new business via outbound campaigns; qualify leads from marketing and partner channels.
• Expand services breadth and consumption within existing customer base via account planning and territory management.
• Deliver results against input/output goals: contacts sourced, leads qualified, meetings scheduled, opportunities created and launched.
• Leverage AI-powered sales intelligence, predictive analytics, and Salesforce to identify high-propensity accounts and optimize pipeline development.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and raise the bar for customer engagement.
