Amazon Web Services (AWS) is launching Customer Acquisition Representatives (CARs) in Arlington, VA, an entry point into AWS's North American sales org. CARs drive top-of-funnel activity, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Teams to unlock growth across industries using AI-powered tools and data insights.

You'll engage unengaged accounts, learn through mentorship, and participate in structured development programs designed to accelerate your path to full-cycle selling within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ year(s) of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques (cold calling, social selling, email sequencing).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Teams to understand industries, accounts, and personas within territories.
• Lead top-of-funnel activity: research accounts and source net-new contacts at scale for high-volume prospecting.
• Drive net-new business via outbound campaigns, and qualify leads from marketing and partner channels.
• Expand services breadth within existing customer base via account planning and territory management.
• Collaborate with teammates and use Salesforce to track activities and outcomes.
