Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team in supporting production environments across our product portfolio.

You will troubleshoot incidents, provision environments, and upgrade infrastructure to meet client and business needs, working within a distributed global team to ensure 24/7 operational coverage. The ideal candidate has strong systems administration experience, familiarity with Windows and Linux, and hands-on work with WebLogic/Tomcat,

Qualifications

• 3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions
• 3 years experience working with WebLogic and Tomcat
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, SQL Server, Networking, and ITIL processes
• Experience dealing directly with clients in support or delivery roles

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across Verint portfolio in the Cloud
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs
• Provision new environments and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services
