Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team.

This role supports management of the Cloud Infrastructure that underpins our product portfolio, providing troubleshooting, provisioning, and availability assurance across environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about systems administration and comfortable supporting internal and external clients.

Qualifications

3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
3+ years experience working with Web-Based solutions including WebLogic and Tomcat.
Experience working with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint portfolio in the Cloud and underlying platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
Provision new environments and infrastructure that support the product portfolio.
Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal initiatives and client projects.
