Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join the Cloud Operations team. The role involves managing production cloud infrastructure, supporting Verint product portfolios, and ensuring availability of platforms across global environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITIL processes, and will participate in delivery, documentation, and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years with Windows and Linux solutions
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders
• 3+ years Windows Server administration and cloud platforms
• 3+ years WebLogic and Tomcat experience
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS management, SQL Server, Networking, and best practices
• Experience dealing with clients in support/project delivery
• 2+ years with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change Management
• Ability to work in a distributed, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure in the Cloud across Verint products
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting Cloud Infrastructure
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to meet client and business needs
• Provision new environments and infrastructure supporting the Verint portfolio
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal and client projects
• Work with AWS, Azure, GCP, Windows and Linux EC2 instances, deployment pipelines and SQL Server
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation
• Co-lead major infrastructure improvement initiatives and security projects
