Job summary

Verint Systems is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team in Kentucky. The role supports production infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio, providing 24/7 coverage and reliable availability of cloud platforms and applications.

The ideal candidate has strong systems administration experience across Windows and Linux, with hands-on work in AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years managing Windows and Linux solutions.
• Experience with WebLogic and Tomcat in Web-based environments.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 2+ years ITIL framework experience (Incident, Problem, Change).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environments across Verint's cloud portfolio.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to meet client and business needs.
• Provision new environments and infrastructure; work with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Participate in documentation, knowledge sharing, and process standardization.
• Lead or assist major infrastructure improvement initiatives and security projects.
