Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. The role supports management of Cloud Infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio, ensuring availability and reliability of platforms while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

The candidate will collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services, gain exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP, and participate in 24/7 operational coverage for critical environments.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
• 3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
• 3 years experience working with Web-Based solutions including WebLogic and Tomcat.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Networking, and Systems Administration best practices.
• Experience dealing directly with clients in a support, project, or delivery role.
• 2 years experience working in ITIL framework (Incident/Problem/Change).
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio in the cloud.
• Troubleshoot incidents and upgrade infrastructure to meet client needs.
• Provision new environments and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and participate in cross-team knowledge transfer.
• Co-lead major infrastructure improvement initiatives and platform upgrades.
• Research emerging tools and best practices to improve resiliency and availability.
