Job summary

Verint Systems is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. This role supports management of cloud infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio, ensuring availability and reliability of underlying platforms.

As part of a distributed global team, you will help provide 24/7 operational coverage for critical environments, collaborate with Support, Engineering and Professional Services, and drive security, documentation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related study or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3 years experience with Windows Server administration and cloud platforms.
• 3 years experience with Web-Based solutions including WebLogic and Tomcat.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux, SQL Server, Networking, and admin best practices.
• Experience dealing directly with clients in a support, project, or delivery role.
• 2 years working in ITIL Framework including Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure in the Cloud across products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
• Provision new environments and infrastructure for product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on delivery.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and transfer sessions.
• Lead or co-lead major infrastructure improvement initiatives and security projects.
