• 3 years of cloud operations and systems administration with cloud platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3 years of Windows Server administration and cloud platform work.
• Experience with WebLogic and Tomcat in web-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio in the cloud.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to cloud infrastructure.
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to meet business needs.
