Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. This role focuses on managing cloud infrastructure to support the Verint product portfolio, ensuring availability and reliability across environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), incident response, and strong collaboration across Support, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
3+ years experience with WebLogic and Tomcat in production environments.
Experience with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint portfolio in the Cloud and underlying platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
