Job summary

Verint is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. The role focuses on managing production infrastructure across our product portfolio in the cloud, ensuring availability, and providing 24/7 operational coverage for critical environments.

Qualifications

3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions
3 years experience working with Web-Based solutions including WebLogic and Tomcat
Experience dealing directly with clients in a support, project, or delivery role
2 years experience working in ITIL Framework including Incident, Problem and Change Management

Responsibilities

:Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the entire Verint Portfolio of products in the Cloud and their underlying platforms
:Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure
:Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs
:Provision new environments and infrastructure that support the Verint product portfolio
:Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal initiatives and client projects
