Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager - Engineering, Managed Services to lead a cloud-focused, platform-agnostic engineering team. You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance by owning service delivery, resource management, and continuous improvement across cloud, automation, and observability offerings.

The role includes ensuring compliance with SLAs, governing processes, and developing the team while acting as a product owner for managed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years experience including 1 year of managerial experience, or 11+ years experience with 1 year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Managed Services Engineering team delivering cloud, automation, observability, security, infrastructure, and managed operations services.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and performance for government environments, ensuring SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Execute service management practices, runbooks, and governance processes to maintain operations.
• Drive continuous service improvement across processes, tooling, and customer experience.
