Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7 years experience with 1 year managerial experience or 11 years with 1 year managerial experience.
• Experience in consulting, managed services, cloud operations, or engineering leadership is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and service delivery frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Managed Services Engineering team delivering cloud, automation, observability, security, infrastructure, and managed operations services.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and performance for government environments, ensuring SLAs, SLOs, and governance.
• Execute service management practices, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Allocate resources, manage on-call coverage, and drive automation for scalability.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve service reliability.
• Support, maintain, modernize, secure, and optimize assigned cloud and hybrid services.
