Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a Managed Services Engineering Team to meet financial and customer targets.
• Own delivery of services and act as product owner for assigned technologies.
• Model enterprise service delivery using established SOPs and metrics.
• Allocate engineering resources and maintain key customer relationships.
• Drive continuous service improvement and staff development.
