Job summary

You will manage resources, mentor staff, and collaborate with product development, sales, and partners. A strong background in ITIL and mainframe tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR 9 years of consulting/IT services delivery.
• Experience leading consulting projects or IT services delivery teams.
• ISE ITIL process management and improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Managed Services Engineering Team to meet targets and deliver services.
• Own product aspects for the services and align with strategy.
• Manage resources, performance, and customer satisfaction in SLA contexts.
• Collaborate with product development, professional services, and sales.
• Oversee problem/change/work order processes and QA adherence.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships and lead hiring.
