Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager – Engineering, Managed Services to lead a cloud-focused, platform-agnostic engineering team aimed at achieving operational excellence and strong customer outcomes. You will own service delivery, resource management, and continuous improvement while acting as a product owner for cloud, automation, observability, and managed operations offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and 7 years of experience with 1 year of managerial experience, OR 11 years of work experience with 1 year of managerial experience.
Experience with ITIL-based process management, service delivery frameworks, operational governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead a Managed Services Engineering team delivering cloud, automation, observability, security, infrastructure, and managed operations services.
Own end-to-end service delivery and performance for government environments, ensuring SLAs and contractual commitments.
Establish on-call and escalation practices for continuity of critical services.
Drive continuous service improvement across processes, tooling, automation, and team performance.
Allocate engineering resources to support, modernize, and secure cloud and hybrid technology services.
