Qualifications

• US citizen required; SECRET clearance or ability to obtain.
• 3+ years of cloud software licensing management.
• Strong Microsoft/Azure licensing knowledge.
• Experience with procurement workflows and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of federal compliance in cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of COTS/GOTS licenses, including acquisition, activation, maintenance, renewal, and retirement.
• Maintain accurate license inventories across cloud environments.
• Track consumption and ensure compliance and proper utilization.
• Coordinate timely renewals to prevent service gaps.
• Oversee licensing structures, subscription models, and cloud component requirements.
• Monitor lead times, approvals, and funding to meet delivery timelines.
• Track cloud licensing costs and reconciliation of invoices for accurate billing.
• Report monthly/quarterly spend and forecast future needs based on usage trends.
